All roads lead to...Rome

Choosing a holiday destination has always been a very magical but also demanding process. Most of the people try to find the most suitable package for them according to hotel prices, air tickets and average cost for approximately 5 to 7 days.
However, some places have to offer a mesmerizing experience full of different tastes, everlasting sights with antique charm and of course the appropriate and necessary loss of the track of time. There the prices are reasonable including tickets, accommodation and everyday life expenses. My personal favourite is Rome where time is nothing more than a word and not a violent moderator of our actions.
Between the prevailing St Peter’s cathedral , the superb Vatican and the colossal Pantheon,

there are many small roads which hide a bouquet of the most precious little restaurants like ‘’Cantina e Cucina’’ at Via del Governo Vecchio 87 and Marco G at Via Garibaldi 56. Out of the many churches that fill the city, the magnificent San Luigi de Francesi near Piazza Navona houses  the beautiful paintings of the Baroque master Caravaggio about the life of St Matthew. Most importantly, a long stroll down the streets around the major piazzas is enough to make you feel fulfilled about your vacation choice.
Last but not least, don’t forget to visit the dreamy Villa Borghese which is a vast wonderland full of fountains, statues of known writers and philosophers. The museums are amazing. For example, Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna is absolutely breathtaking hosting many artists such as Cezanne, Monet, Van Gogh, Pollock and Duchamp. It also includes a very entertaining zoo and free space for bikers, pets which is ideal for meditation and relaxation...After all, la Vita est bella....in Rome!
